Your profile

What it does

Profile is the first page under Settings, and the only one about you. Its sections are Details, Profile Picture, Email Signature and Change Password. Each one saves separately.

Two-Factor Authentication comes next, then Connected agents, which lists the MCP clients you have authorised.

Your personal email signature applies to the organisation you are in. Whenever you have set one, it replaces the organisation’s default signature.

Before you start

Every member can use this page.

In Details, First Name and Last Name can be up to 100 characters each, and Email up to 254. Your Email Signature can be up to 5,000 characters, with a count from 4,500.

Quests and achievement notifications follow your organisation’s settings. Profile has no switch for them. Celebrations always play. When your device asks for reduced motion, they play as a fade.

Every member of your organisation sees your level and achievements on your member page while achievements are on. They see your Quest Chart there while quests are not Off. Achievements, levels and the leaderboard says what that page shows.

How to use it

  1. Open Settings, then Profile.
  2. Edit First Name, Last Name or Email, then select Save Details.
  3. Select the avatar to upload a picture. Lucrii recommends an image of 192 by 192 or larger.
  4. Write your signature into Email Signature and select Save Signature.
  5. To change your password, fill in Current Password and New Password, then select Change Password.

Save Details and Change Password stay greyed out until you change something in the form. Until your signature differs from the saved one, Save Signature stays greyed out.

Troubleshooting

A section such as Email Signature or Two-Factor Authentication says it could not be loaded. Lucrii could not read that setting. Try again shortly.

  • Two-factor authentication and passkeys: Set up an authenticator app, register passkeys and save backup codes from the security panel on your profile.
  • General organisation settings: Set your organisation’s name, logo, currency, country, timezone, business type and email signature, and switch Hermes, achievements and quests.
  • Achievements, levels and the leaderboard: Gain experience towards levels and achievements from your work in Lucrii, and see the organisation ranked by season on the leaderboard.
  • Quests: Follow Hermes through a job in short steps. He lights up the control a step is about and moves on when you do what it asks.
