Audit history and moving between orders

Last updated: October 16, 2026

What it does

An order’s audit page lists what changed, who changed it and when. Entries are grouped by day. The newest come first. Lucrii tags each one Created, Updated or Deleted, as Audit history on a record describes. An update lists the fields that changed, with the value before and after.

The page opens in a separate tab, and the order stays where you were reading it.

The order header has up and down arrows at its right. The up and down arrows step through the list you came from, with its filters and sort order. They are unavailable at either end.

Before you start

An arrow is also unavailable while Lucrii is still checking the order before or after.

An order opened from outside a list, such as from a link in an email, has no filters or sort order. The arrows then step through orders of its type in the default order.

The audit page records field-by-field changes. For a note, a send or a payment written out as a sentence, read the order’s timeline.

How to use it

  1. Under More Actions, select View Audit History. The page opens in a separate tab.
  2. Select Load More at the foot of the audit page to read further back.
  3. Back on the order, use the up and down arrows in the header to step to the order before or after.

Where the header is too narrow for the arrows, Previous Order and Next Order are under More Actions.

Troubleshooting

If both arrows are unavailable and you are not at either end of the list, Lucrii could not check the neighbouring order.
