Members and invitations

Last updated: October 16, 2026

What it does

Members has two tabs at the top, Members and Invitations, each with its count. Members lists everyone in the organisation.

ColumnWhat it shows
NameThe member’s name
EmailTheir email address
StatusActive, Inactive, or Integration for an integration’s service account
RoleMember, Team Leader, Administrator or Owner
2FAEnabled or Not Enabled, for whether they have set up two-factor
JoinedWhen they joined
Last SeenWhen they were last seen

Status starts hidden. Turn it on from Columns and Sort.

Invitations lists the invitations.

ColumnWhat it shows
NameThe invited person’s name, where you gave one
EmailThe address the invitation went to
StatusPending, Accepted, Expired or Revoked
RoleThe role the invitation gives
Created ByWho sent the invitation
Created AtWhen it was sent

Invite Members, beside the tabs, opens a panel that takes several recipients at once, each with a role. You can add a personal message. It goes out in the invitation email.

Ticked rows bring up a bar at the top of the list. Work boards and tasks covers ticking rows. On Members, the bar offers Reassign Role and Remove. On Invitations, it offers Resend Invite and Remove. Reassign Role starts on the role the ticked members already share, or on Member when their roles differ. Reassign Role stays greyed out until you choose a role that changes at least one of them. Before anything changes, Lucrii lists the members it skips and why. Examples are a member your role does not reach and, for Remove, an integration user. Bulk actions on settings lists covers the bar.

The view list at the left of the list’s toolbar holds your saved views under Yours. It reads All until you search, sort or change the columns, then Custom. All, under Built In, puts the list back as it first opened. Views shared with everyone in your organisation are under Shared, with a people icon. On this list, a saved view keeps the search, sort and columns it was saved with. Work boards and tasks covers saved views and selecting rows.

Selecting a member’s row opens their page. It shows their profile, status, role and last seen. Every member of your organisation sees a member’s level and achievements on that page while achievements are on. They see the member’s Quest Chart there while quests are not Off. Achievements, levels and the leaderboard says what that page shows. More Actions there offers Reassign Role and Revoke Access.

The Quest Chart on a member’s page is the same map as the Quest Chart tab on your own My Progress page. A quest’s card there shows its name, and Completed for a finished quest. It has no steps and no Start Quest or Resume. A locked quest’s card reads Unlocks after earlier quests. Scrolling there moves the page. Drag to move the map, and pinch or hold Ctrl and scroll to zoom.

Before you start

Reading the roster is open to every member. Inviting, resending, revoking, reassigning a role and removing a member all need administrator or above. Below that role, Lucrii does not load the invitations or show their tab.

The roles you can hand out are the ones your own role reaches. Only an owner can make someone an owner.

An invitation’s Email can be up to 254 characters, and its Name up to 100. The message can be up to 5,000 characters, with a count from 4,500.

A demo organisation has no invitations to manage, so you cannot manage members there, whatever your role shows.

Members count towards your plan’s user limit. On a per-user plan, adding or removing someone changes your next invoice.

One run on members or invitations covers up to 100 of them.

Your plan limits how many customer emails your organisation sends a day. Plan, usage and payment says what counts and gives each plan’s limit. Each invitation is one, and so is each resend. If the invitations need more customer emails than are available, Lucrii sends none of them and says when you can try again. You must verify your email address before Lucrii sends customer emails for you.

You can keep up to 50 saved views of your own on each list. Removing a member leaves the views they shared in place. A team leader or above can still change or delete them.

How to use it

  1. Open Settings, then Members under Organisation.
  2. Select Invite Members.
  3. Enter the recipient’s email, and a name if you have one.
  4. Choose the role to give them.
  5. Select Add another recipient for each further person, write a message if you want one, then select Invite Members. The page turns to Invitations, where the invitation shows.

You can remove yourself or downgrade your own role. Each shows a warning first that says what you would lose.

An integration’s service account shows on the roster, and you can reassign its role. You cannot revoke its access. That account goes when its integration is uninstalled.

To save a view of your own:

  1. Search, sort and choose the columns the way you want them.
  2. Open the view list at the left of the toolbar, then select Save As New View.
  3. Enter a name for the view and select Save.
