Set up the organisation and your own account in settings. The organisation side covers the name, the logo and the currency, and the country and timezone every record is read against. The taxes an order charges are here too, and the units quantities are counted in. So are the templates a quote or an invoice is printed from. Members, teams and roles decide who may do what. Bulk Activity lists imports, exports and changes made to many records at once, with what happened to each record. Tick rows on the Taxes, Units, Teams and Members lists to delete, remove or reassign them together. Import or export taxes, units and teams as a CSV file. Billing is here too. It shows the plan, the seats and the usage against the plan's limits. The profile side is yours alone. It covers your name, your picture, your email signature, your password and the two-factor methods you sign in with.
